Full-stack Engineer

• Design and build serverless backend services on AWS using Python, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and EventBridge;
• Design and evolve the platform's data model and the API surface consumed by frontend and third-party integrations;
• Develop fast, secure data-handling solutions with REST, GraphQL, and AWS AppSync;
• Implement event-driven workflows and orchestrations (EventBridge, Step Functions) for encode monitoring, QC, and CMS integrations;
• Own infrastructure as code with AWS CDK, deployment pipelines, environments, and monitoring configuration;
• Step into the frontend (React, TypeScript, Tailwind) when a feature needs end-to-end delivery, pairing with the frontend developer on shape of the API;
• Test, debug, and upgrade software to ensure efficiency, correctness, and cost-effectiveness;

• Use AI coding tools as part of the daily workflow — drafting, reviewing, and refactoring code with AI assistance;

Fullstack Developer

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own end to end financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and delivering clear, actionable insights to support leadership decision making
• Lead performance analysis vs budget and forecast, identifying key drivers, explaining variances, and monitoring cost structures and business performance to proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes improvement
• Act as a business partner to cross-functional teams, challenging assumptions, improving financial discipline, and supporting better decision-making
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting tools, and data quality, helping drive automation, scalability, and higher standards across the company

Video Editor

• Edit corporate videos, promotional campaigns, brand content, and social media assets for airline clients.
• Create engaging video content for onboard entertainment, digital platforms, websites, presentations, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop promotional trailers, destination videos, brand reels, institutional videos, and internal communication materials.
• Handle the full post-production process, including video editing, motion graphics, sound design, color correction, subtitles, and final delivery.
• Adapt content for multiple formats and platforms, including social media, streaming, web, and in-flight entertainment systems.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay updated on visual trends, storytelling techniques, and new editing tools.

Frontend Engineer

• Build and enhance front-end applications using ReactJS and Tailwind/CSS, adhering to our design system;
• Create mockups and prototypes with Figma (or similar tools) and iterate based on feedback;
