About the role
- Providing excellent support to customers via phone, chat, and other communication platforms;
- Guiding customers through both the purchasing and post purchase processes;
- Working closely with internal teams to find appropriate and timely solutions;
- Accurately updating customer records and databases;
- Recommending tailored product and service solutions based on customer needs;
- Adapting to business needs and supporting tasks to ensure efficient service delivery;
- Representing the voice and values of a globally recognized automotive brand.
Requirements
- Strong German and English language skills (B2 level upwards);
- Motivation to deliver outstanding customer experience;
- Availability for 6 weeks of fulltime training (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00);
- Flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule after training;
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills;
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Remote model based in Romania;
