About the role
- Handle Warranty claims, Parts Support, and Product Return processes
- On-hold claims processing, warranty claim closing and invoice processing
- Perform abnormality check calls and abnormal claim audits
- Follow up on parts collection issues and AP declaration
- Liaise for ASC parts support: parts issue liaison, parts return, parts claim handling
- Process exchanges and refunds of products
- Act as liaison between customer HQ/subsidiaries and local service centers/dealers
- Audit warranty documentation against country-specific requirements and initiate resolution per procedures
- Raise/initiate credit notes and post invoices prior to forwarding to client departments
- Collaborate with partners (HQ, Finance, Contact center, Depot) and work with data from multiple systems
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of Polish (C1)
- Good communicative level of English
- Good MS Office knowledge (especially MS Excel)
- Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast
- Personal culture and client management expertise
- High motivation and ability to learn
- Work ethic and personal time management
- Education: Associate's Degree/College Diploma
