About the role
- Handle Warranty Claims management: on-hold claims processing, warranty claim closing and invoice processing, abnormality check calls, abnormal claim audit, parts collection issue follow-up & AP declaration
- ASC Parts Support: parts issue liaison and support, parts return, parts claim handling
- Product Return Management: process exchanges and refunds of products
- Liaise between customer HQ/Subsidiaries and local service centers / Dealers
- Audit warranty documentation against country-specific requirements and initiate resolution according to procedures
- Raise/Initiate Credit Notes and post invoices prior to sending to relevant client departments
- Collaborate with partners for claim resolution (HQ / Finance / Contact center / Depot)
- Work with data from multiple systems or sources
- Maintain strong work ethic and personal time management
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of Polish, C1
- Good communicative level of English
- Good MS Office knowledge (especially MS Excel)
- Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast
- Personal culture and client management expertise (preferred)
- High motivation and ability to learn (preferred)
- Education Level: Associate's Degree/College Diploma
