About the role

  • Define the roadmap for migrating a monolithic 2-tier application to a decoupled, N-tier architecture
  • Analyze legacy C# codebases and complex SQL stored procedures
  • Lead the shift of business logic from the database layer into a dedicated C#/.NET Business Logic Layer or Microservices
  • Direct the transition from legacy UI to a modern React.js frontend
  • Architect and implement secure, RESTful APIs
  • Establish coding standards and CI/CD pipelines tailored for modernization projects

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 5+ years in leading Legacy-to-Modern migration projects
  • Expert-level proficiency in React.js, Redux / Redux Toolkit, Vite, Material UI, React Query, React Hook Form, and Styled Components/SCSS
  • Strong mastery of C# and .NET (6/7/8/9+)
  • Deep understanding of SQL Server
  • Strong mastery in Redis for Cache Management
  • Industry certifications would definitely be considered
