  • Provides onsite and remote assistance.
  • Participates in planning, daily meetings, and backlogs sessions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Requirements

  • 2 years of professional experience with SQL, CRM tools, windows servers
  • Previous background experience working as IT or technical support
