About the role
- Handle customer inquiries by phone — always friendly, professional and solution-oriented
- Advise customers on products and services tailored to their individual needs
- Accurately maintain and update customer data in our systems
- Contribute actively to customer satisfaction through competent, service-oriented communication
Requirements
- Excellent German language skills (C1/C2), both written and spoken
- Enjoy talking on the phone and communicating with people
- Interest in technology and a solution-oriented mindset
- Reliability, motivation and flexibility
- Willingness to work initially from home and later in a hybrid model
