About the role
- Play a vital role in the Supplier Claim Activity (SCA) group by reviewing and auditing supplier obsolescence and cancellation claims
- Validate costs and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Prepare detailed audit reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine settlements and track open claims to ensure timely resolution
Requirements
- Experience in auditing, finance, purchasing, tax, or cost analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and Conditional Formatting
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple claim reviews and meet deadlines independently
- Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes and cost factors such as labor, materials, and profit
- Successful completion of background check
