About the role
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise healthcare accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate and expand within healthcare systems.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite, IT, and clinical operations leaders.
- Deliver compelling solution presentations and ROI-driven proposals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer support teams.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM (Salesforce).
- Stay informed on healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST) and industry trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare SaaS, preferably in Cloud Fax, Document Management, or Workflow Automation.
- Proven success selling into hospitals, health systems, and payer organizations.
- Strong understanding of EMRs (Epic, Cerner), interoperability challenges, and healthcare IT.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and API-based integrations (Bonus Points).
- Experience navigating complex procurement cycles in healthcare (Bonus Points).
- Background in consultative or solution-based selling (Bonus Points).
