About the role

  • We are looking to strengthen our Platform team. The team is responsible for a wide range of services for our developers and other teams: building and operating Kubernetes clusters
  • Building and operating internal systems
  • Developing and operating (Ops) tools
  • Supporting development teams with various analyses and operational challenges of our application
  • Supporting external customers in implementing our application

Requirements

  • You have at least 5+ years of experience as a Cloud/DevOps Engineer or in a comparable role
  • You possess strong communication skills, analytical thinking, a willingness to learn, and deliver pragmatic, clean solutions
  • You know how to operate and scale SaaS platforms, ensuring performance, high availability, data security, cost efficiency, and reliability
  • You have experience in architecting and designing complex cloud-native systems and can define cross-team best practices and standards
  • You have experience with cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes (EKS, self-managed clusters, networking, security, scaling), Terraform (Infrastructure as Code, modular & multi-cloud strategies), Docker & Helm (containerization and application deployment)
  • You bring knowledge in automation, observability and delivery tools: scripting (preferably Ruby, but also Python/Bash), Go, application monitoring & logging (Elasticsearch / OpenSearch, metrics, alerting), CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, automation) as well as networking technologies (VPCs, routing, load balancers, DNS)
