About the role

  • Serve as a Sustainment Lead or Sustainment Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Provide expert level knowledge of sustainment life cycle management activities for programs and project operations
  • Analyze functional business applications and design specifications for finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts
  • Develop block diagrams and logic flowcharts
  • Translate detailed design into computer software
  • Design, code, test, debug, and refine computer software to produce required products
  • Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation
  • Enhance software to reduce operating time and improve efficiency
  • Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met
  • Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and desired results

Requirements

  • US Citizen with Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology related field
  • Ten (10) years of relevant experience
  • Expert experience and knowledge of sustainment lifecycle management activities for programs and project operations
  • Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models
  • Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools
  • Experience with B2B solutions utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) on Oracle Cloud (OC) and OC solutioning for ETL
  • Oracle B2B
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Experience developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models
  • Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development
  • Experience as an application programmer on large-scale DBMS
  • Knowledge of computer equipment and ability to develop complex software to satisfy design objectives
  • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
  • Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission
