About the role
- Cold-call potential customers to build your pipeline and increase Concept Logistics’ customer base.
- Build partnerships with prospective customers to showcase Concept Logistics’ supply chain value.
- Meet or exceed individual sales activity and pipeline development goals.
- Support the transition of qualified prospects through the onboarding or handoff process.
- Utilize the CRM to ensure all teams and resources have all the necessary customer information.
- Generate revenue and profit growth.
- Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the company brand.
- Other duties as necessary or assigned.
Requirements
- 1+ year of sales experience is required, preferably in the supply chain/logistics industry.
- Ability to negotiate, persuade, and motivate others.
- Ability to calmly navigate challenging situations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships.
