About the role

  • Cold-call potential customers to build your pipeline and increase Concept Logistics’ customer base.
  • Build partnerships with prospective customers to showcase Concept Logistics’ supply chain value.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales activity and pipeline development goals.
  • Support the transition of qualified prospects through the onboarding or handoff process.
  • Utilize the CRM to ensure all teams and resources have all the necessary customer information.
  • Generate revenue and profit growth.
  • Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the company brand.
  • Other duties as necessary or assigned.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales experience is required, preferably in the supply chain/logistics industry.
  • Ability to negotiate, persuade, and motivate others.
  • Ability to calmly navigate challenging situations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships.
