Serve as the point of contact for all technical inquiries about hardware, software, or other designated client products
Greet customers courteously and professionally using agreed-upon procedures
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns and demonstrate empathy
Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding to resolve non-standard/unstructured issues
Use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues
Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriate account notation
Maintain broad knowledge of client products (smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables)
Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
Participate in training and use provided technologies and support to succeed and grow
Requirements
Candidates must be located within 35km of the Halifax site
1 year of customer service experience or equivalent
High School diploma or GED
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbally
Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology (preferred)
Ability to multitask, be flexible, and adapt to changes
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn
Patience when working with customers
Availability to work Hours of Operation: 8:00 am-11:30 pm EST Monday-Sunday (schedule rotates every 3 months based on performance)
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
