  • The Technical Support Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound calls.\n

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience\n
  • A high school diploma or GED\n
  • Strong focus on building customer relationships\n
  • Comfortable using and explaining technology\n
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home\n
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking with strong problem solving skills\n
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies\n
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution\n
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge\n
  • The availability to work during the Hours of Operation: 8am-1130pm EST Monday-Sunday. Your schedule will change every 3 months and is based on performance. (The better you perform, the better your schedule!)\n
  • A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; A work computer will be provided\n
  • High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone (10 Mbps upload, 10 Mbps download)\n
  • Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
