Interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or Internet to sell basic products and services
Process customer orders and sales; provide/receive information
Achieve specific sales targets and maximize sales opportunities on every call
Use scripts and probing techniques to determine customer needs and recommend products/services
Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures
Ensure service meets contractual sales goals and other KPIs
Greet customers courteously using agreed procedures; listen attentively and demonstrate empathy
Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and provide resolutions using tools/resources
Prepare complete and accurate work including account notations
Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance
Answer billing questions by explaining components of customer accounts
Requirements
High school diploma (preferred) with three to six months of sales experience
Spanish (Required)
Courteous with strong customer service orientation
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Effective written and verbal communication
Skilled in multi-tasking and adaptability
Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Dependable with strong attention to detail
Demonstrate patience and maintain pleasant professional tone
Able to rotate shifts, as needed
Ability to answer billing questions and process customer orders/sales
Based on location/program, additional experience/skills may be required
Philippines: Minimum of two years of college education; no prior call center experience required
India: High school diploma; zero to six months of sales experience preferred; strong problem solving skills; handle complex queries; resolve independently
