About the role
- Serve as the prime navigator and owner of the international relocation process from start to finish
- Act as the single point of contact and coordination for all phases of the international relocation process
- Coordinate and manage the delivery of all relocation services based on individual client policies
- Build long term relationships with customers and ensure excellent, timely customer service
- Manage and maintain all internal and external relationships
- Take responsibility for all elements of the relocation and demonstrate knowledge on all services and products
- Work within a busy environment coordinating multiple customers and handle a high volume of tasks
- Work remotely with virtual onboarding and training, reporting to the Client Services Manager
- Occasionally travel to the Swindon Hub and think creatively when processes are not applicable
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in roles requiring strong customer service, coordination or project management skills
- Previous experience in global mobility desired but not essential
- Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of work and a busy mailbox in a fast paced environment
- High level of accuracy and process orientation
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative (remote working)
- Ability to work on personal initiative and in a team environment
- Experience travelling and living abroad is ideal
- Must be located within the UK and willing to travel occasionally to the Swindon Hub
