About the role
- Oversee complex technology implementation projects focusing on AI and contact center solutions
- Balance technical understanding with financial management, client interaction, and project oversight within a structured PMO environment
- Manage projects involving AI, GenAI, contact center solutions (CCaaS), and customer experience technologies like voice/chat bots
- Handle project budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial reporting; ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with strategic clients to understand needs and ensure project satisfaction; serve as overall project lead
- Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring prioritization and alignment across various groups
- Maintain accuracy and quality in project deliverables and processes; adhere to PMO standards and methodologies
- Work as part of Information Technology and Global Security team to design, implement and strategize IT, security, application development, innovation, and solutions

- Suggested and Optional Skills: Proficiency in Agile Methodology, AI Concepts, Generative AI
