• Establish certification criteria and serve as the final authority on certification decisions
• Develop FI training strategy, playbooks, toolkits, and supporting materials
• Coach FI practitioners and leaders to strengthen enterprise capability
• Assess FI work for rigor, quality, and sustainability; lead corrective actions when needed
• Track metrics related to FI adoption, certification health, and system impact
• Partner with Manufacturing Excellence pillars to ensure alignment and integration of FI practices
• Present FI standards, certification outcomes, and insights to senior leadership
• Promote disciplined problem‑solving and support a strong FI culture.

Manager, Continuous Improvement – Focused Improvement Certification & Methodology

Engineer

• Develop strategy and execute programs that reduce energy and water consumption, carbon emissions, and costs across manufacturing facilities
• Guide utilization of the UMAP platform across facilities
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners and evaluate technologies
• Deliver scalable improvements in energy performance and sustainability outcomes
• Serve as technical subject matter expert for utilities efficiencies, optimization, and carbon reduction initiatives
• Develop and maintain engineering standards, specifications, guidelines, and best practices
• Identify, evaluate, and apply emerging technologies and industry best practices
• Promote efficiency improvements in various systems including lighting and water usage
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to engineering, operations, and maintenance teams
• Lead and support energy and carbon reduction projects
• Conduct cost and benefit analysis for energy‑related needs
• Track reduction initiative projects to support long‑term sustainability targets
• Plan for metering expansion and support utility metering growth
• Quantify energy savings, emissions reductions, and financial impacts of initiatives.
