Key responsibilities & impact

Provide governance oversight of data products
Work across data analysis, modeling, governance, and solution design
Implement the Enterprise Data Platform governance program
Contribute to requirements gathering and solution design
Drive the operationalization of data governance
Communicate and advocate for strategic IT practices
Identify holistic approaches to refine and transform data governance processes
Lead structured problem solving
Monitor and measure operational metrics, value realization, and ROI
Act as an escalation contact and resolve conflicts
Work in an Agile team environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field
4+ years of experience in data, analytics, or data‑platform‑adjacent roles
Foundation in data modeling concepts
Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Databricks is preferred
Working knowledge of modern data platforms
Strong SQL skills
Practical experience implementing or operationalizing data governance
Experience partnering with data engineers and architects
Familiarity with DevOps / CI/CD concepts for data
Travel up to 10%
