About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver sustained profitable growth of existing business in existing markets.
  • Define and map growth opportunities, and develop and execute commercial plans tailored to diverse global markets.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment to vision, strategies, and P&L deliverables.
  • Oversee P&L stewardship including Trade, A&P, SG&A, and resourcing decisions.
  • Execute a multiyear acceleration plan including G2N, A&P, and SG&A investments.
  • Build and nurture global partnerships that unlock growth.
  • Monitor and report on growth KPIs including awareness, distribution, trial, market share, net sales, GP$, and GM% to senior leadership.
  • Champion and customize global playbooks and best practices across markets.
  • Provide strategic updates, governance, and thought leadership to executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and successful product launches consistent with company standards.
  • Travel 25%.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of consumer packaged goods experience leading international markets; food experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing global markets
  • Skill in designing and executing commercial strategies across diverse geographies
  • Advanced negotiation, risk management, and executive decision‑making skills
  • Strong organizational capability, critical thinking, and a results‑oriented mindset
  • Experience with strategic planning, disciplined execution, and P&L management
  • Effective communication and team leadership skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools, market analysis, and product development processes
  • Growth mindset, ambition, and cultural intelligence
  • Capacity to influence, drive alignment, and deliver operational excellence.
  • Commercial orientation with experience working with distributors and global sales partners
  • High personal accountability and follow‑through; leads by example
