About the role

  • Identify and evaluate productivity and cost reduction initiatives across the supply chain
  • Support supply chain leadership in creating, evaluating, recommending, and executing productivity projects and in developing the long‑range strategic plan and annual operating plan
  • Partner with business leaders, Vice Presidents of Operations, and cross‑functional teams to develop a robust pipeline and secure alignment for program initiatives
  • Direct your team in managing project scope, planning, and implementation consistent with supply chain and business priorities
  • Operate the Conagra Cost Reduction Playbook across all business segments using common processes and metrics established by supply chain leadership
  • Partner with cross‑functional resources to define, track, and measure enterprise margin management programs
  • Drive high adoption of project chartering and governance standards within the productivity program
  • Guide the development of business cases to justify investment and ensure project efforts deliver intended benefits
  • Build and develop team talent; coach, guide, and direct resources, including responsibility for performance and salary reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Food Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience with progressive responsibility across multiple supply chain or operations disciplines
  • Background in consumer packaged goods or food and beverage manufacturing preferred
  • Experience working effectively across diverse functions
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and distribution operations
  • Familiarity with project management concepts and the use of project management tools and techniques
  • Demonstrated skill in anticipating customer needs, managing ambiguity, and taking proactive action
  • Demonstrated skill in resolving conflict and providing decisive, respected leadership
  • Strong communication skills with both functional and technical partners through written and verbal formats, including presenting information in group settings
  • Strong judgment and creative problem‑solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Willingness to travel 25 to 30 percent of the time
