About the role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through hire for high‑volume hourly roles
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to maintain a robust pipeline of candidates
- Conduct candidate interviews and summarize relevant experience for Hiring Managers
- Partner with HR business partners to prepare and present offers to internal and external candidates
- Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience through proactive communication
- Consult with Hiring Managers and HR partners through strategy discussions
- Identify and recommend process enhancements to elevate candidate experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of professional recruiting experience, or high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Workday
- Experience with candidate relationship management tools such as Phenom
- Skilled in developing effective working relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates
- Comfort using data to guide recruitment decisions
- Willingness to work onsite 5 days per week at manufacturing locations
