Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an infrastructure project manager in an IT environment, ideally at a Managed Service Provider.
Ability to read and understand technical documents, including Statements of Work (SOW).
Experience working in a services organization with client billable hours requirements.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex on-prem and cloud infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
Expertise in identifying and mitigating project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms, network management, and security.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
