About the role

  • Be the primary point of contact for the delivery of allocated work
  • Manage predominantly external client engagements alongside internal projects
  • Ensure services are delivered to a high standard, on time, and in line with client expectations
  • Manage multiple projects and change requests simultaneously
  • Develop a strong understanding of your clients’ business environments and objectives
  • Budget ownership and financial management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Oversee BAU account governance
  • Manage invoicing and debt processes

Requirements

  • Previous experience within the print and communications industry, or knowledge of the utilities, finance, or wealth sectors, would be advantageous.
  • Proven experience in a client facing role
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate confidently and diplomatically with clients, internal business partners, and key stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
  • High levels of computer literacy, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility and resilience, with the ability to perform effectively in a high pressure, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to quickly learn and use multiple systems, software programmes, and application
  • A proactive approach to learning, with the willingness to adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Strong problem solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset
