Based in the Canton, Massachusetts office for a minimum of three days a week with flexibility to work from home
Liaison with Corporate Action Client Operations Engagement, Front office and internal stakeholders to prepare, manage, and execute end-to-end processing
Organize associated Corporate Action tasks, document production, system setup and reporting
Review Letters of transmittal, stock certificates and other documents for complex, sensitive, and manual corporate actions to ensure proper completion and execution
Verify wire instructions and international currency exchange forms and update wire spreadsheet
Review restriction library and apply appropriate legend when applicable; conduct quality review on processed work
Responsible for research, reconciliation and account maintenance; assist in processing validly submitted Corporate Actions items
Contact clients and vendors as needed and perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year College or University or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
2 - 4 years of Financial Services/Transfer Agent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Project and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Vendor relationship skills
Preferred: Extensive knowledge of COSMOS (incl maintenance), Workflow, SCRIP, ATOP including reporting
