About the role
- Based in the Canton, Massachusetts office for a minimum of three days a week with flexibility to work from home
- Liaison with Corporate Action Client Operations Engagement, Front office and internal stakeholders to prepare, manage, and execute end-to-end processing
- Organize associated Corporate Action tasks, document production, system setup and reporting
- Review Letters of transmittal, stock certificates and other documents for complex, sensitive, and manual corporate actions to ensure proper completion and execution
- Verify wire instructions and international currency exchange forms and update wire spreadsheet
- Review restriction library and apply appropriate legend when applicable; conduct quality review on processed work
- Responsible for research, reconciliation and account maintenance; assist in processing validly submitted Corporate Actions items
- Contact clients and vendors as needed and perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year College or University or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 - 4 years of Financial Services/Transfer Agent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Vendor relationship skills
- Preferred: Extensive knowledge of COSMOS (incl maintenance), Workflow, SCRIP, ATOP including reporting
