About the role
- Partner with Services Leadership providing financial reporting, P&L analysis, planning, and forecasting
- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses
- Collaborate with the management team to improve operational and financial performance
- Guide cost analysis process by enforcing policies and procedures
- Prepare monthly reporting package sub-schedules and P&L variance analysis
- Develop best practice process flows in defined area of responsibility
- Prepare budget and forecasts partnering with the business and under the direction of management
- Prepare qualitative analysis and commentary on monthly results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years related business experience in a medium to large size business
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior experience using SAP is a plus
- Prior experience with services accounting, revenue recognition is a plus
