Requirements

Legally eligible to work in the United States
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, project management, or a similar leadership role, with a strong technical expertise
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar Agile certifications
Expertise in cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems
Demonstrated success transforming platforms or services into scalable, value driven products
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering delivery practices
Exceptional attention to detail combined with strategic vision
Advanced understanding of software development and IT infrastructure
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust at all organizational levels
Demonstrated leadership in managing multiple priorities and driving results
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Business and financial acumen with analytical rigor
Commercially astute and able to anticipate market and technology trends
