About the role
- Partner with business leaders to deliver services supporting company objectives
- Responsibility for both the delivery of customer engagements and line management of around 10 project managers
- Accountable for assurance, governance & customer satisfaction
- Continuously maintain and innovate the Practice capability in support of the business strategy
- Proactively support growth with the development and delivery of standardized, competitive and market-relevant service offerings
- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise
- Operational and commercial management of the team to achieve financial targets
- Drive a high-performance culture across the Practice
Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- 5+ years of management experience
- Recent experience leading delivery of large-scale IT infrastructure projects
- Experience of applying appropriate governance and control in overseeing delivery of projects
- Demonstrable evidence of developing individuals and teams
- Passion to further enhance the capability of people
