Responsible for the overall direction, planning, coordination, implementation, execution and management of one-to-many medium projects, several large projects, and/or complex projects
Provide coaching and mentoring to less experienced Project Managers / Project Coordinators
Partner with customers and internal business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives
Facilitate the investigation, analysis, and remediation of issues and risks in strategic accounts
Lead the planning and implementation of project(s) throughout the project lifecycle, initiation through closure
Manage project budget, resource allocation, project plan, project trackers and project timelines
Communicate expectations to stakeholders and team, gaining acceptance and accomplishing customers business objectives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in Project Management within the IT industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
Smartsheet proficiency is a plus
PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Expert knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
Direct work experience in project management capacity
Proven ability to motivate and build strong teams
Experience coaching and mentoring
Strong knowledge of technical concepts, terms and practices used in the assessment and implementation of IT Infrastructure and Services
