Requirements

Several years of experience in workplace and remote service environments, preferably in managed services solution design
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Exchange, Active Directory/Azure AD, and client management
Experience designing client virtualization or service desk solutions
Experience with costing and modelling managed services/operations
Confident use of ITIL and project management standards (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2)
Excellent communication skills, customer-focused, and a team player
Fluent in German and proficient in English
