About the role

  • Engage on various pre-sales supporting Computacenter’s bid process.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable designs.
  • Champion our standards and provide commercial clarity.
  • Provide guidance and support to the wider team.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience from service transition or technical product delivery within a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to challenge constructively to keep customer outcomes on track.
  • A customer‑first mindset, crisp communication, and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Either a good understanding of the contractual services Computacenter offers (PS, GTS or GMS) or a technical understanding of the tools that underpin these services.
  • Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail, and distil complex information into clear summaries for senior stakeholders.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and a willingness to dive into technical discussions and detail.
  • Good working knowledge of Industry frameworks (ITIL, SAFe, DevOps)
