About the role
- Build, test, and set up devices for customer orders
- Identify and fix issues with computers, laptops, and mobile devices
- Set up equipment such as printers, laptops, and mobile devices to meet customer requirements
- Label, organise, and track devices throughout the build process
- Keep clear and accurate records of your work
- Learn how to prepare and deliver technology efficiently as part of the team
- Work with colleagues to share ideas, improve processes, and learn new skills
Requirements
- At least 2 GCSEs, including Maths and English at grade 4/C or above
- Curious about technology and motivated to learn new skills
- Able to follow processes, stay organised, and manage your tasks independently
- Able to adapt to different tasks as needed
- Able to communicate clearly and work well within a team
- Interest in computers, laptops, mobile devices, and general IT systems
