Leading major large complex (often multiyear) programmes with an overall value from £2m to £10m+
Liaising directly with others in Programme Delivery
Collaborating with the strategic business partner / engagement lead function to work on evaluation, initiation, through delivery and into closure of each programme
Lead a team in a matrix structure and work closely with the Head of Projects Practice
Full responsibility for the management and reporting, including the finances of the programmes
Building and/or supporting your project team, ensuring the agreed products are delivered
Effective communication, managing project controls (including risk, issue, dependencies and change)
Providing a high-quality professional outcome to the satisfaction of customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

Prince 2 Practitioner qualification or equivalent
Good knowledge and experience working and delivering within an Agile environment
Proactive work attitude and the ability to manage your own workload
Good knowledge of information systems across several different business and technology areas
Some experience in managing projects in one of these application areas would be advantageous - SAP4Hana, SAP ERP, ServiceNow (possible SPM) or Salesforce
A demonstrable track record of 10 years practical experience of formal project management and delivering successful IT system project outcomes end-to-end
Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
Desirable knowledge of service management and ITIL principles
Highly desirable would be a high-level understanding of the following - Outlook, MS Teams, MS Project, MS Visio, MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
