About the role
- Provide day-to-day support and consultation and functional guidance for SuccessFactors Recruiting modules
- Partner with stakeholders to analyse requirements and translate them into solution designs
- Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of system issues
- Collaborate on the review and validation of enhancements, integration needs, and testing outcomes
- Consult with global TA teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Create and maintain requirements for reports and dashboards
- Deliver user training and documentation for HR and TA teams
- Contribute to HR technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years’ experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management/Marketing module
- Strong understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition processes
- Experience reviewing configuration and understanding system impacts
- Proven ability to consult with business stakeholders on system design and enhancements
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English with great communication and collaboration skills
- Some experience of and interest in working with AI capabilities
