General

• Partner with Relationship Managers to structure C&I and CRE loan transactions.

Lending Officer – Corporate Lending

Security Engineer

• Oversee the architecture and optimization of Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Endpoint, and Identity Governance controls.
• Bridge the gap between high-level security strategy and hands-on execution—leading detection engineering efforts, mentoring team members, and ensuring our cloud and hybrid environments meet rigorous defensive standards through proactive threat hunting and architectural reviews.
• Collaborate with the security team on detection engineering efforts within the SIEM platform, including use case development, correlation rule tuning, and alert optimization.
• Support the management and optimization of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, including policy architecture, strategy, and advanced investigation capabilities.
• Collaborate with the team to coordinate the technical response to significant security incidents, including root-cause analysis and control improvements.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting across endpoints, identity systems, and cloud environments.
• Define and maintain secure configuration standards for Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid environments.
• Lead the design and optimization of identity security controls (conditional access, privileged access management, and access governance).

Senior Security Engineer

• Administer and optimize Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM).
• Triage alerts, investigate suspicious activity, and participate in full-lifecycle incident response (containment, eradication, and documentation).
• Perform enterprise vulnerability scanning.
• Validate secure configuration baselines for servers, endpoints, and cloud resources, and coordinate remediation efforts across teams.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of identity controls, including conditional access and device compliance policies.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Cloud, and End User Compute teams to improve patching, hardening, and device security standards.
• Assist in developing technical runbooks and incident response procedures.

Account Manager

• Manage a portfolio of depository accounts, corporate loan portfolio and customer’s financial needs in general.
• Provide high level of personal customer service and maintains favorable customer relations.
• Service customers by phone, e-mail or in person.
• Obtain documentation for closing loans; Organize scheduling and closings.
• Monitor overdrawn and uncollected accounts.
• Manage past due loan payments.
• Develop business to include new and existing customers from $50,000 and above.
• Negotiate deals through meetings and site visitations.
• Cross sell other products, which may be suitable to their needs.
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner, providing a high level of service.
• Handle customer telephone questions and complaints in a professional manner.
• Perform due diligence on the BSA/KYC (Know Your Customer) write-ups and profile; conducts customer interviews to profile them as well as to comply with BSA, KYC and other bank’s policies and procedures.

Mortgage Loan Closer

• Manage the final stages of the loan process by auditing files.
• Prepare precise closing documents and ensure full compliance with investor guidelines.
• Gather critical closing components, including Closing Protection Letters (CPL), wire instructions, title fees, verbal verifications of employment (VOE), and payoff requests.
• Review title commitments and all regulatory loan file documents to guarantee absolute accuracy prior to closing.
• Order, prepare, and deliver closing packages efficiently.
• Input, review, and reconcile final closing and settlement fees against vendor invoices.
• Distribute preliminary and final closing packages to settlement agents and Loan Originators.
• Prepare and submit wire/funding requests to warehouse banks or investors.
• Audit executed closing packages and authorize the release of loan proceeds.
• Resolve any post-closing trailing items swiftly.

• Interface directly with new leads and customers, providing an exceptional, sales-minded onboarding experience.
• Provide seamless "out of office" and PTO coverage for your assigned LOs as needed to keep business moving.
• Help drive sales generation through marketing support, networking assistance, and lead generation activities as directed by the LO.
• Assist with prospect file work, including full application reviews, loan file structuring, product identification/research, and scenario planning using corporate/branch resources.
• Request and review client documentation.
• Responsible for complex income calculations and file structure integrity.
• Clean and "scrub" files, obtain outstanding documentation, and submit complete, accurate loan packages to the Processing team following NNE standard procedures.
• Initiate and assist with some or all third-party order requests for active files.
• Oversee files currently with the Processing and Closing teams to ensure everything moves smoothly to close according to strict branch standards.
• Proactively manage the LOs' active pipelines and conduct regular, formal pipeline review meetings with your paired LOs.
• Assist with rate locks, rate negotiations, pricing, and concessions (must be licensed or fully willing to obtain licensing immediately upon hire).
