• We're looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager who thrives in a high-impact role, loves building deep relationships with clients, and is motivated by helping customers succeed. You'll manage a small, high-value portfolio consisting of Compliancy Group's biggest and most strategically important customers, guiding executives and stakeholders through adoption, renewal, and growth, while collaborating closely with expansion sales reps and cross-functional teams to drive growth, harness the voice of the customer and resolve support and billing issues as they arise.
• This is a remote role with opportunities to meet virtually or in-person for strategic business reviews, planning sessions, and team collaboration.
• Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted advisor to a small portfolio of high-value accounts, driving long-term success. Own gross retention and renewal outcomes, proactively identifying and mitigating risk. Monitor account health, product adoption, and usage to ensure optimal customer results. Lead executive business reviews (QBRs), sharing insights, value realized, and strategic recommendations. Coach clients on best practices, guiding them to maximize adoption and impact. Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer goals and company solutions. Collaborate with expansion sales team members on growth opportunities, without direct quota responsibility. Advocate for customer needs internally and provide feedback to Product, Marketing, and Support teams.

Account Executive

• Compliancy Group is looking for an Account Executive to join the team; role focuses on pipeline creation, mastering the sales process and closing a high-volume of healthy deals for the business. The Account Executive will be exclusively responsible for new logos business development and will partner closely with our Customer Success team to ensure that new clients get off to successful starts.
• This position is remote, but with options to meet in-office at key moments across the sales quarter to collaborate, build pipeline, close deals and celebrate the wins!
• Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth by proactively generating new business through both inbound inquiries and strategic outbound initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness by meticulously recording all sales activities, interactions, and results in the company\'s CRM system.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to forecast and manage territory performance, setting data-driven targets for continuous improvement.
• Regularly report key insights and performance metrics to the Manager, maintaining transparency and accountability through daily, weekly, and monthly updates.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the company\'s evolving product and service offerings to communicate value effectively and stay competitive in the marketplace.
