About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect Outreach: Utilize email, phone, and social media channels to engage potential customers and build relationships.
- Lead Qualification: Research and qualify leads based on defined criteria, ensuring prospects align with our ideal customer profile.
- Pipeline Development: Proactively manage a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet or exceed activity and meeting goals.
- Scheduling Meetings: Book discovery calls and demos with Account Executives, ensuring seamless handoff and alignment.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and lead data in the CRM system.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about SaaS industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and tailor messaging.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in a business development, sales, or customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), email automation platforms, etc.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as call volume, email outreach, or booked meetings.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share feedback and contribute to team success.
