About the role
- Design and implement advanced algorithms for generative AI models to enhance human-machine interaction within shipping and industrial sectors.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of large structured and unstructured datasets to derive meaningful insights, trends, and patterns.
- Develop, train, and rigorously evaluate generative AI models and fine-tuning techniques (e.g., LoRA, QLoRA).
- Collaborate with an elite team and global partners to transition from conventional language models to cutting-edge LLMs.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions using the latest advancements in AI and open-source models.
- Acquire deep industry expertise in shipping and industrialised industries to tailor AI solutions to sector-specific challenges.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing generative AI models.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
- Strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling large datasets and extracting actionable insights.
- Proven track record working with open-source models, Llama, and AI/NLP across various domains.
- Mastery of NLP and related libraries.
- An understanding of business operations and a knack for crafting actionable business insights.
