About the role

  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to predict trends and behavior patterns and deliver impactful data insights that drive business results.
  • Lead the development and implementation of AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems, improve operational efficiency, and enhance decision-making processes.
  • Leverage emerging technologies to optimize data analytics processes, improve data reliability, and enhance the precision of predictive models (such as customer contact volume forecasting).
  • Drive the transformation of the organization into a data-driven entity by integrating advanced analytics into business processes and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced analytical techniques into everyday operations and promote a culture of innovation.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and leverage these advancements for business success.
  • Provide data-led insights to support strategic business decisions and contribute to the company's overall direction and growth.
  • Develop and implement mechanisms for measuring the impact and effectiveness of data science initiatives on business operations and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Option 1: Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 4 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • Option 2: Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • Option 3: 6 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
  • Proven experience in leveraging advanced analytical techniques in a data science role.
  • Proficient in modern AI tools and platforms; strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with Python, Spark, Scala, or R (successful completion of one or more assessments preferred).
  • Experience using open source frameworks (for example, scikit learn, tensorflow, torch).
  • Experience driving a data-driven culture and translating complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Preferred: Data science, machine learning, optimization models, PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics.
  • Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and accessibility best practices.
