About the role

Utilize advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to predict trends and behavior patterns and deliver impactful data insights that drive business results.
Lead the development and implementation of AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems, improve operational efficiency, and enhance decision-making processes.
Leverage emerging technologies to optimize data analytics processes, improve data reliability, and enhance the precision of predictive models (such as customer contact volume forecasting).
Drive the transformation of the organization into a data-driven entity by integrating advanced analytics into business processes and strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced analytical techniques into everyday operations and promote a culture of innovation.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and leverage these advancements for business success.
Provide data-led insights to support strategic business decisions and contribute to the company's overall direction and growth.
Develop and implement mechanisms for measuring the impact and effectiveness of data science initiatives on business operations and outcomes.

Option 1: Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 4 years' experience in an analytics related field.
Option 2: Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in an analytics related field.
Option 3: 6 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
Proven experience in leveraging advanced analytical techniques in a data science role.
Proficient in modern AI tools and platforms; strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
Experience with Python, Spark, Scala, or R (successful completion of one or more assessments preferred).
Experience using open source frameworks (for example, scikit learn, tensorflow, torch).
Experience driving a data-driven culture and translating complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
Preferred: Data science, machine learning, optimization models, PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics.
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and accessibility best practices.
