About the role

  • Lead the development of data-driven solutions that empower our clients to make informed decisions and unlock new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning models in complex, business-critical environments.
  • Design and implement predictive models, optimization algorithms, and statistical analyses to solve real-world problems.
  • Define data collection, processing, and analysis strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and translate them into actionable data science solutions.
  • Guide junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
  • Ensure ethical use of data and compliance with privacy regulations and responsible AI practices.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and AI.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years in data science, with a strong portfolio of deployed models and business impact.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch).
  • Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.
