Account Executive

• Actively prospect and secure new business opportunities with a focus on commercial clients, property managers, facilities teams, and real estate agents.
• Develop and execute strategies for identifying new clients, with a particular focus on businesses managing large-scale properties and projects.
• Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Leverage your strong network and relationship-building skills to uncover new business leads and expand existing accounts.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and forecast targets accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales funnel, championing customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Prospect and secure new commercial clients overseeing 2M+ sq. ft., including property managers, facilities teams, healthcare systems, insurance partners, emergency response teams, and education institutions.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies.
• Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to first job.
• Maintain a strong, accurate pipeline and consistently hit revenue targets.
• Represent Compleat at industry events and in the market.
• Build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders that generate repeat business and new service opportunities.
• Understand each customer’s unique needs and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
• Use CRM system to align expectations and sales efforts.
• Deliver exceptional service throughout the sales process, championing communication, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
