About the role

  • Actively prospect and secure new business opportunities with a focus on commercial clients, property managers, facilities teams, and real estate agents.
  • Develop and execute strategies for identifying new clients, with a particular focus on businesses managing large-scale properties and projects.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Leverage your strong network and relationship-building skills to uncover new business leads and expand existing accounts.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and forecast targets accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales funnel, championing customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
  • Proven track record of securing and closing new business, particularly in B2B and commercial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation and prospecting, negotiating and closing, sales goals and quotas.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to balance multiple projects in an ever changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of urgency, curiosity, and a problem-solving mentality.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in restoration, construction, or similar industries.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, CRM systems, and industry-specific software.
  • In-depth understanding of local market dynamics and competitive landscape.
