Full-stack Engineer

• Provide inspirational leadership to the Development team.
• Mentor managers and individual contributors, support talent acquisition, performance management, career development, and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with the CIO and executive team to define and execute the company’s software engineering roadmap, architecture standards, and technology vision.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications.
• Champion agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and quality assurance processes to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Identify opportunities to adopt new technologies, improve engineering processes, and drive efficiency.
• Promote best practices in cloud computing, microservices, security, and performance optimization.
• Partner closely with product management, operations, sales, and other departments to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting for the engineering function.
• Ensure adherence to security standards, data privacy regulations, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
• Manage the engineering budget effectively, optimizing for cost-efficiency in a mid-sized company environment while investing in tools and talent.
