Utilize **AWS, Lumigo, and Aurora MySQL RDS** to monitor Middleware health and preemptively address production bottlenecks.
Partner with Data Management and QA teams to validate and launch new menu items, regional tests, and high-profile Limited Time Offerings.
Work closely with L1/L2 support teams to resolve escalated production tickets and collaborate with MMW Developers on stable platform releases.
Follow strict **Change Management** procedures to ensure environment stability and build out robust process documentation for the team.

Requirements

At least 6 months of hands-on experience with an emphasis on building queries, joining tables, and managing stored procedures.
Familiarity with **AWS**, **Python**, **REST APIs**, or scripting (Bash/PowerShell) is a significant plus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface between technical teams and business stakeholders.
A "find it and fix it" mindset with the ability to diagnose complex problems and follow them through to total resolution.
The ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced production environment.
