About the role

  • Join Vitals, an all-in-one Shopify app used by 150+ million shoppers monthly across 30,000+ stores.
  • Drive product-led growth and own product areas end-to-end within the Shopify ecosystem.
  • Prototype AI-powered solutions, test with users, and iterate quickly.
  • Run weekly customer interviews, analyze data, and identify opportunities to solve real problems at scale.
  • Prioritize high-value outcomes and break down complex initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design to accelerate delivery through outcome-based thinking.
  • Champion product excellence to maintain Vitals' reputation as a highly rated Shopify app.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally in e-commerce or SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem (building apps or working with merchants).
  • Hands-on technical/engineering background (software engineering, prototyping, or similar).
  • AI-first mindset: experience using AI tools for prototyping, analysis, and discovery.
  • Strong analytical and user-focused decision-making skills.
  • Strategic and executional balance: set vision and solve detailed problems.
  • Excellent communicator: structured writing and storytelling across teams.
  • Team leadership: experience managing and mentoring Product Managers.
  • Startup mindset: high energy, bias toward action, thriving in ambiguity.
  • Bonus: prior experience launching/scaling Shopify apps; building AI-driven consumer or SaaS products; strong UI/UX prototyping skills; familiarity with Shape Up or outcome-based frameworks.
