About the role

  • Recruit: Find and hire the kind of people who move fast and care deeply. You’ll own sourcing, screening, and the full-cycle process across creative, marketing, and operations roles.
  • Leverage tech & AI: Use tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Ashby, Ribbon and automation to make recruitment and people ops smarter, faster, and more human.
  • Onboard & offboard: Design experiences that feel thoughtful and smooth — from welcome packs to exit reflections.
  • Own admin & systems: Keep our people data clean and efficient using CharlieHR and other tools.
  • Build initiatives: Create programs and small rituals that strengthen connection, learning, and wellbeing.
  • Optimize everything: If something can be simplified, automated, or improved — you’ll make it happen.

Requirements

  • Love building systems from scratch instead of following manuals.
  • Are fluent in tools and tech — Notion, Airtable, automation, AI — or love learning them fast.
  • Can jump between tasks easily (recruitment call → automation test → onboarding checklist).
  • Communicate clearly, kindly, and follow through on your word.
  • Are curious about how people, work, and culture connect.
  • Get satisfaction from improving small things that make big differences.
