About the role
- Partner closely with our Talent Team to move candidates efficiently through our high-quality, fast-paced interview processes
- Schedule candidate interviews and handle any type of candidate logistics in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage the candidate's experience throughout their journey, from the initial touchpoint to offer extensions. Initiate and contribute to projects that will improve and scale our recruiting workflows
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in coordinating and scheduling in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
- Proven track record of developing and managing high-volume scheduling
- Strong verbal and written communication with candidates of all levels, including VP and C-Suite.
- Outcome-oriented coordinator with strong attention to detail and a proven track record of thriving in ambiguity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally with the Commure + Athelas team.
