About the role
- Lead the implementation and launch of Patient Eligibility workflows for our most strategic accounts, ensuring flawless execution and high client satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for eligibility onboarding, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks before they impact timelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Ops to align implementation strategies with company goals and customer needs
- Own pre- and post-launch eligibility KPIs, continuously monitoring performance and driving improvements
- Identify product and process gaps, translate customer feedback into actionable insights, and collaborate with Product to influence roadmap decisions
- Build scalable systems and repeatable processes to support a rapidly growing customer base
- Act as a thought partner across the business, identifying emerging operational challenges and creating data-driven solutions
- Synthesize complex issues into actionable insights and clearly communicate recommendations, risks, and blockers to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a high-growth SaaS or tech-enabled company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL and Excel
- (A basic SQL assessment will be part of the interview process.)
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion
- Demonstrated bias for action, intellectual curiosity, and a deep sense of ownership
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of success working with external clients
- Ability to build and scale internal processes that drive efficiency and quality
- Comfort operating autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong project management acumen and an eye for detail
- Experience using tools like Retool, G Suite, and other internal ops platforms
- Experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare operations space is a strong plus
- Ability to work 5 days a week onsite in Mountain View, CA
- Willingness to comply with information security policies and report confirmed or potential security events
