About the role
- Own and grow important client and funder relationships
- Set and execute account strategy, lead growing team, retain and expand key accounts
- Manage renewals and handle day-to-day client interactions
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities
- Drive account growth through renewals and expansions
- Build, coach, and manage a team of business development staff
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in account management, client success, or relationship-driven roles
- Proven experience growing complex accounts and long-term partnerships
- Strong experience working cross-functionally and navigating multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to support proposals and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, organization, and judgment
- Collaborative, hands-on, and comfortable in evolving environments
