About the role
- Perform all functions related to processing payroll for Cottage Health.
- Perform bi-weekly payroll cycle processing, including off-cycle on-demand checks.
- Input income and deduction data for direct deposits, tax sheltered annuities, loans, etc.
Requirements
- Minimum: Successful completion of at least one accounting-related college course.
- Preferred: Associates Degree.
- Minimum: Six (6) months of experience with computerized payroll systems OR six (6) months of experience with Oracle Cloud as an end user in financial applications.
- Preferred: Two (2) years of payroll experience using Oracle Cloud.
- Technical Requirements (Minimum): Basic MS Excel and intermediate arithmetic skill.
- Associate’s degree or higher may be accepted in lieu of experience.
- On-site work at Cottage Health locations (Goleta, CA).
